Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery
-
Lead end-to-end delivery of retail and e-commerce technology projects from initiation to deployment.

Create project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Track and manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
2. Retail & E-Commerce Functional Expertise
-
Manage projects related to Order Management Systems (OMS), Inventory Management, Merchandising, and E-Commerce platforms.

Partner with business teams to understand needs around catalog updates, promotions, pricing, inventory visibility, and fulfillment workflows.

Support implementation of logistics workflows including order routing, shipping, warehouse operations, and returns.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

Coordinate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT with business stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
4. Agile Project Execution

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, grooming, and retrospectives.

Maintain backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams.

Track velocity, burn-down metrics, and team performance for continuous improvement.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and offshore delivery teams.

Prepare business updates, dashboards, and executive-level project reports.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly across all stakeholder groups.
6. Quality Assurance & Deployment
-
Oversee UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
-
Ensure system changes meet quality standards and deliver consistent user experience.

Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-production monitoring.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in Project Management within Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain domains.

Strong knowledge of Order Management (OMS), Inventory, Merchandising, or Fulfillment systems.
-
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, or similar delivery tools.
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
-
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.
