Description
Role Summary:
Seeking a skilled engineer to design, deploy, and document a greenfield Nutanix and Cohesity environment. The role involves infrastructure readiness validation, cluster deployment, cloud integration, backup configuration, and delivering detailed LLD/As-Built documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and validate Nutanix & Cohesity LLDs.
Perform pre-deployment checks and platform readiness validation.
Deploy and configure Nutanix clusters, AHV, Prism Central, and NKP.
Implement Cohesity clusters, storage pools, RBAC, backup policies, and DR testing.
Integrate Nutanix with Azure Arc; configure replication to Azure for Cohesity.
Conduct testing, health checks, and provide knowledge transfer.
Deliver as-built documentation and required design artifacts.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Nutanix (AHV, Foundation, Prism, NKP).
Hands-on expertise with Cohesity backup clusters & replication.
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, DNS, NTP, routing, firewall rules.
Familiarity with Cisco UCS, CIMC, BIOS/firmware processes.
Ability to create detailed technical documentation.
