Mandatory Skill Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in MSA handling and review, including HR-related clauses and coordination with internal/legal stakeholders.
- Solid US HR policy knowledge, with the ability to interpret and explain policies confidently.
- Strong understanding of US leave policies and leave management, including handling employee queries and exceptions.
- Working knowledge of state-wise HR compliance and documentation requirements across the US.
- Experience in HR documentation, audits, and maintaining accurate onboarding and employee records.
- Clear understanding of end-to-end HR processes, not just coordination or task execution.
Behavioural & Role Expectations:
- Ability to independently own HR operations for the US region with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and confidence to interact directly with US stakeholders and employees.
- Proactive, people-centric HR mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable handling US time zones, escalations, and policy-driven discussions.
This role requires a candidate with strong policy knowledge, ownership, authority, and confidence to manage US HR operations effectively from India.
