What you might work on:
- Effectively manage the messaging platform and
lifecycle activities - Focus on optimizing stability, availability,
reliability, and performance of the platform - Monitor and control messaging processes and
implement appropriate security measures - Lead and assist with the implementation of new or
additional messaging technologies to improve infrastructure services, both
locally and remotely - Provide on-call for after-hours support, in a
rotation of primary and backup on-call - Provide Tier 3 support and serve as a mentor for
Tier 2 support staff, providing guidance for resolution of issues - Present technical concepts clearly to a
non-technical audience, including colleagues and clients - Develop and maintain messaging policies,
standards, and procedures - Document standards and provide on-going training
to other team members - Develop automation solutions using Python and/or
BASH scripts
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience adopting cloud methodologies
including implementing, supporting and evolving enterprise scale identity
management, messaging and office productivity solutions - O365 Communication and Collaboration technologies
including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint Online - Active Directory, ADFS, AADC - structure and
security related to OUs, GPOs, and user / group - Demonstrated experience designing and integrating
dissimilar messaging platforms - Hands-on experience with Active Directory and
PowerShell Scripting - Administration of global corporate email systems
based on Microsoft Exchange hybrid including high availability and
disaster recovery capabilities - Email security tools and methods including TLS,
DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and anti-virus and services such as Proofpoint Messaging
Gateway - Experience with email archiving solutions like
Enterprise Vault - Recent Office 365 administration experience,
including experience with DLP, E-Discovery, and Security and Compliance - Prioritization Skills-The ability to analyze
support requests and prioritize them based on impact - Proficiency of related technologies such as
Unified Messaging, MFA, Windows Server, Hyper-V, mobile devices,
eDiscovery and disaster recovery solutions.

the organization - Strong technical analysis and engineering skills
