We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of managed services, infrastructure projects, and automation solutions for enterprise and mid-size clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in presales, offshore collaboration, and managing global teams, as well as hands-on experience in working with service-oriented companies. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to oversee multiple complex projects while ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Management:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of managed services, infrastructure, and automation projects for enterprise and mid-sized clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while working closely with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and service standards.
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and quality assurance measures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement & Presales:
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise during presales activities, including scoping, solution design, and developing proposals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support business development efforts by aligning technical solutions with client requirements and articulating the value of services.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for potential clients to highlight the company’s managed services and infrastructure capabilities.
- Team Leadership & Global Collaboration:
- Manage a global, cross-functional team across different time zones, including onshore and offshore resources, to achieve high-performance standards and ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead team planning, resourcing, and skill development efforts to ensure team alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Automation & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within service delivery and infrastructure projects to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Drive implementation of automated solutions, leveraging modern tools and techniques to enhance service delivery outcomes.
- Technical Expertise:
- Maintain expertise in managed services, IT infrastructure, and relevant technologies to effectively manage and guide complex projects.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards within technical solutions provided to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in technical project delivery management, with a focus on managed services and infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience managing global, cross-functional teams, with demonstrated success in a remote and/or offshore environment.
- Strong background in presales, including scoping, solution design, and proposal development.
- Deep understanding of enterprise and mid-size company environments, with an ability to tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques, and a track record of implementing automated solutions in project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
