Sr. Aruba Engineer

We are seeking an expert Senior Aruba Engineer to lead a wireless transformation project across 31 hospital sites. This role is based in Dallas, TX, with occasional on-site requirements. You will be instrumental in replacing existing Cisco wireless systems with Aruba solutions, building out AirWave instances, deploying UXI sensors, and establishing best practices for Aruba wireless standards.

• Lead the wireless transformation project by replacing Cisco wireless systems with Aruba solutions across 31 hospital sites within an 18-month timeframe.
• Build and configure Aruba AirWave instances to enhance network management and monitoring capabilities.
• Deploy UXI sensors at hospital sites to gain better visibility into network issues and performance.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices for Aruba wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Aruba wireless solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the successful deployment and management of Aruba wireless networks.

• Extensive experience as an Aruba Wireless Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Proven track record of successfully leading wireless transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in building and configuring Aruba AirWave instances.
• Experience deploying UXI sensors and enhancing network visibility.
• Ability to develop and implement wireless standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
