Technical Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between IT operations and software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting computer operations, monitoring system performance, and providing first-line support, while also leveraging modern software development tools and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support production applications and computer operations, ensuring smooth system performance and response times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision, ensuring operational continuity.
• Maintain production orders and reconcile inventories for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage transactions related to material movement and uphold inventory accuracy.
• Analyze technical data and apply insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with knowledge transfer and training activities.
• Review change records and ensure all implementations meet compliance and operational standards.
• Participate in forecasting and data management initiatives within specific technical domains.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, or Angular.
• Work with SQL databases and integrate REST APIs to support back-end functions.
• Explore opportunities to enhance business workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical analysis, operations support, or related IT roles.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong understanding of production operations technologies and procedures.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one UI framework (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, NextJS).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of REST API principles and integration.
• Exposure to low-code or no-code platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible shifts and operational needs.
