in IT Recruitment (India Primarily) + Exposure in US IT Recruitment.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Source
and screen candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn),
internal databases, and employee referrals. - Conduct
initial HR screening to assess technical and cultural fit. - Coordinate
and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. - Maintain
candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups. - Collaborate
with Account Managers or clients to understand job requirements clearly. - Prepare
and share daily/weekly reports on hiring progress.
Required
Skills:
- Good
understanding of IT job roles (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, QA, etc.) - Strong
sourcing skills using Boolean search, job boards, and social platforms. - Basic
knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability
to multitask and prioritize open positions based on urgency.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s
degree in HR, Computer Science, or related fields. - 1–2
years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing or
consulting environment.
Preferred:
- Exposure
to both permanent and contract hiring. - Familiarity
with recruitment metrics like TAT, sourcing ratio, offer-to-join ratio,
etc. - Comfortable
working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
