- We
are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales / RFP Consultant to
join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in proposal writing, pre-sales support, and bid management,
with a strategic mindset to help us win competitive opportunities.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Create
high-quality and compelling proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Collaborate
with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather inputs and craft
winning proposals.
- Develop
and implement strategies to increase win rates.
- Ensure
proposals are well-structured, compliant, and aligned with client
requirements.
- Maintain
a repository of proposal content and case studies for reuse.
Key
Requirements:
- Proven
experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or RFP response.
- Strong
understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to handle multiple proposals and tight deadlines.
- Strong
organizational and coordination skills.
Domain
Knowledge:
- Understanding
of IT services and solutions, such as:
- Cloud
services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Infrastructure
management
- Staffing
and managed services
- Application
development or DevOps
Preferred:
- Experience
in working with global clients.
- Experience
working with US-based or global clients.
- Exposure
to sales enablement, competitive analysis, or bid/no-bid strategy.
- Ability
to manage a knowledge base or proposal content library.
