Key Responsibilities

Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, and related components.

Conduct post–go-live validation, automation testing, and adoption analysis for system enhancements and upgrades.

Validate Higher Logic community integrations and ensure smooth user experience during upgrades.

Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date testing documentation, including test results, defect logs, and release reports.

Utilize automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestComplete) to enhance test efficiency and coverage.

Track, analyze, and communicate quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders and project leads.

Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending QA process enhancements and best practices.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, preferably in Salesforce or CRM platforms.

Proven experience with Salesforce testing — Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, or Experience Cloud.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and Agile processes.

Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar test management platforms.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize testing activities in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with Higher Logic community testing or platform upgrades.

Working knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar).

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Experience testing data integrations or Salesforce data models.
