Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
-
Lead and own the roadmap for enhancing decisioning logic to drive increasing business value.

Architect, design, and implement enterprise decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub and PegaRULES engine.

Serve as the subject matter expert for Pega FS Frameworks, PRPC, and decisioning applications.

Drive end-to-end full life cycle development using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Development & Implementation
-
Design, develop, code, test, and debug Pega-based applications and integrations.
-
Implement and optimize Next Best Action Designer strategies across channels.
-
Enhance and maintain Pega decisioning logic, ensuring scalability and performance.
-
Conduct performance tuning and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaboration & Governance
-
Work across teams including QA, Infrastructure, Release Management, and PMO to ensure successful delivery.

Manage internally developed and externally sourced applications as needed.
-
Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders.
-
Participate in governance processes and maintain high-quality documentation.
Continuous Improvement

Proactively identify opportunities to improve decisioning capabilities and platform performance.

Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and architectural standards.
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
-
8+ years of application development experience across SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Strong experience with Pega CDH v8.5+ and Next Best Action Designer implementation.

Domain knowledge of PegaRULES engine, Pega FS Frameworks, and enterprise systems architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required.
-
Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification required.
-
Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred.
-
Experience working on legacy transformation projects using Pega CDH preferred.
-
Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
