Scrum Master – Infrastructure Teams

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate
  Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint
  Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide
  and coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Track
  sprint progress and ensure accurate updates in Jira.
• Identify
  and remove team impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate
  with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage
  cross-team dependencies and support PI planning activities.

Required Skills

• 5+
  years of IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong
  knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Experience
  working with infrastructure, cloud, or DevOps teams.
• Hands-on
  experience with Jira or other Agile tools.
• Good
  communication and stakeholder management skills.
