Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:
    Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Ecommerce programs from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Agile Delivery:
    Implement and oversee Agile and Kanban frameworks to enhance visibility, predictability, and delivery velocity across development teams.

  • Offshore Coordination:
    Manage and coordinate global teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration between onshore stakeholders and offshore development centers.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    Develop, manage, and monitor program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure financial efficiency and cost control.

  • Cost-Benefit & ROI Analysis:
    Conduct financial analysis and performance measurement, including Earned Value (EV) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Partner with product, engineering, and business leadership to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and communicate program status and risks.

  • Process Optimization:
    Continuously assess and refine delivery frameworks, tools, and reporting mechanisms to improve execution and governance maturity.

  • Risk & Compliance Management:
    Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and financial risks across all program stages while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Technical Program or Project Management within Ecommerce or Digital Retail environments.

  • Proven experience managing offshore delivery models and cross-functional global teams.

  • Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with a track record of successful Agile program delivery.

  • Solid financial management experience including budget planning, forecasting, EV, and ROI analysis.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar program management suites.

  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience managing large-scale Ecommerce platform transformations, digital storefronts, or omnichannel integrations.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development practices (CI/CD, microservices, APIs).

  • Exposure to data analytics, personalization, or payment gateway integrations in Ecommerce systems.
