Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and maintain brand
    guidelines, tone, and messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand
    representation across all channels
  • Strengthen brand visibility in
    target markets

Content & Social Media

  • Plan and manage content
    strategy (LinkedIn, website, campaigns)
  • Oversee creation of posts,
    blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral
  • Drive engagement and brand
    awareness through consistent content

Employer Branding

  • Lead initiatives for employee
    branding and internal communications
  • Manage social media presence
    related to hiring, onboarding, and company culture
  • Collaborate with HR and
    recruitment teams

Design & Creative Oversight

  • Work with designers to ensure
    high-quality creatives aligned with brand guidelines
  • Review and approve marketing
    and branding assets

Reputation Management

  • Monitor online presence,
    reviews, and brand perception
  • Ensure consistent messaging
    across all external communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in
    branding, content, or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand
    strategy and storytelling
  • Experience managing LinkedIn
    and digital brand presence
  • Excellent communication and
    content creation skills
  • Ability to work
    cross-functionally with HR, sales, and leadership

Preferred Background

  • Experience in IT services or
    staffing industry
  • Exposure to employer branding
    and recruitment campaigns
