Infrastructure System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure & OS Engineer to manage, support,
and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments, including servers,
operating systems, and related platform services. The ideal candidate should
have hands-on experience in system administration, infrastructure operations,
and OS-level troubleshooting across Windows and/or Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install,
  configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Manage
  Windows/Linux operating systems, including patching, upgrades, and
  performance tuning.
• Monitor
  infrastructure health, system availability, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot
  OS, server, and infrastructure-related incidents and resolve issues
  promptly.
• Support
  Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and user access management.
• Perform
  backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support activities.
• Collaborate
  with network, security, and cloud teams for infrastructure integration.
• Maintain
  system documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Ensure
  compliance with security standards and patch management policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong
  experience in Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Knowledge
  of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity
  with server hardware, storage, and backup systems.
• Experience
  with patching tools, monitoring tools, and automation scripts.
• Understanding
  of infrastructure security best practices.
• Good
  troubleshooting and incident management skills.
