Technical Service Delivery Leader / Associate Director – Managed Services & Automation
Overview
We are looking for a strong delivery leader to own and scale our Managed Services practice across Cybersecurity, Multi-Cloud, and Storage.
This role is not just about operations - it is about building a high-performing team, driving automation-first thinking, and transforming traditional infrastructure into intelligent, AI-enabled services.
What This Leader Will Do
- Lead and mentor a multi-layered delivery team (L1–L3, Cloud, Security, SRE) and build future leaders
- Drive a high-performance, accountability-driven culture aligned to business outcomes
- Own end-to-end managed services delivery with strong focus on SLA, uptime, and customer experience
- Champion automation and AI adoption to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Scale services across Cybersecurity, Multi-Cloud, and Storage platforms
- Act as the face of delivery for customers and leadership, ensuring trust and predictability
- Bring structure, governance, and continuous improvement into every aspect of delivery
What We Expect
- Proven leader with 10+ years in Infrastructure / Managed Services delivery
- Strong experience across Cloud, Storage, and Security domains
- Track record of building teams, mentoring talent, and scaling operations
- Hands-on mindset with automation and modern operations (AIOps preferred)
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive execution under pressure
