SharePoint Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint
Engineer to support SharePoint Online migrations, administration,
customization, and Microsoft 365 integrations. The ideal candidate should have
experience migrating content from legacy systems, managing SharePoint
environments, implementing security and compliance, and automating tasks using
PowerShell and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate
  content from SharePoint On-Premises, file shares, and legacy systems to
  SharePoint Online using ShareGate, SPMT, or similar tools.
• Configure
  and manage SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and
  permissions.
• Customize
  SharePoint sites using SPFx, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON
  formatting, and company branding.
• Develop
  workflows and automate tasks using Power Automate and PowerShell.
• Integrate
  SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and
  Microsoft Purview.
• Implement
  security, governance, DLP, retention policies, and compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot
  SharePoint issues and provide user support and documentation.
• Work
  with business and technical teams to deliver SharePoint solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+
  years of SharePoint Engineering/Administration experience.
• Strong
  experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint migrations.
• Hands-on
  experience with ShareGate, SPMT, AvePoint, or similar migration tools.
• Experience
  with SPFx, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and JSON formatting.
• Strong
  knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8/10.
• Experience
  with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge
  of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention policies, and
  security.
• Experience
  with API integrations and Microsoft Graph API is a plus.
• Good
  communication and problem-solving skills.
