Requirements:
Project Management Skills:
- Assist in managing small to medium projects with senior PM guidance.
- Strong organizational skills to track progress, meet deadlines, and ensure task completion.
Technical Exposure:
- Basic understanding of IBM Power Environment and AIX/Power Systems (not mandatory).
- Exposure to data center functions (cabling, networking, infrastructure deployment).
- Awareness of application architecture and infrastructure interaction.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Effective communication with AD teams and stakeholders.
Tools Proficiency:
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with PowerBI for reporting and data visualization.
Technical Awareness:
- General understanding of IT infrastructure and networking/switching concepts.
- Willingness to learn technical project management.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of project coordination/management, ideally in IT or infrastructure.
- Experience with infrastructure deployment is a plus.
