Senior Technical Delivery Manager – Managed Services

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in large-scale IT environments. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions, including infrastructure, automation, presales, and offshore coordination. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills to oversee cross-functional teams and drive process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Delivery: Lead and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets.
• Client Engagement: Partner with presales and sales teams to develop proposals, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
• Offshore Coordination: Oversee offshore teams to ensure project alignment and consistent delivery.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Manage large-scale infrastructure services (cloud, network, security) and identify automation opportunities.
• Risk & Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage risks, serve as the main stakeholder contact, and provide regular updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in IT delivery for large-scale environments, including managed services and offshore delivery.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure (cloud, data center, security) and automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins).
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT; advanced degree preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, with familiarity in Agile/DevOps tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
