We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at ZENfra. ZENfra is an advanced data analytics platform that enables organizations to collect, clean, and interconnect data from various sources, including custom collections, APIs, hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, and users. ZENfra uses cutting-edge AI and ML algorithms to generate actionable insights that help organizations improve their business processes, reduce risk, and optimize their IT infrastructure.
As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote ZENfra. You will collaborate with Product Management to ensure that ZENfra's features and functionality align with customer needs. You will develop and manage marketing campaigns and programs, including content marketing, account-based marketing, and digital marketing initiatives. You will also create and execute lead generation campaigns using various channels such as email, social media, events, and webinars. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals to deliver on these objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote ZENfra, including product positioning, messaging, and target customer identification
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that ZENfra's features and functionality align with customer needs
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver on marketing objectives
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns and programs, including content marketing, account-based marketing, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns using various channels such as email, social media, events, and webinars
  • Develop marketing collateral such as datasheets, case studies, presentations, and product demos to enable the Sales team to close deals
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Analyze key metrics, such as lead generation, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, to optimize marketing strategies
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing and sales objectives and enable customer acquisition and retention
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or data analytics industry
  • Strong understanding of the data analytics market and the competitive landscape
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
