Description
Responsibilities:
- Visualization:
- Implement AWS DCV and in-house VDI solutions for remote access and visualization within HPC environments.
- Web-Based Portal Development:
- Develop and maintain AWS EnginFrame, enabling a user-friendly web interface for managing HPC tasks.
- Orchestration Tools:
- Implement and configure Bright Cluster Manager (BCM) and CIQ Fuzzball to automate resource allocation and job scheduling in HPC environments.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Integrate open-source monitoring tools to track system performance, resource usage, and generate real-time reports.
- Cluster Parallelization:
- Implement and optimize open-source parallelization frameworks (e.g., MPI, OpenMP) for cluster computing workloads.
- Container Management:
- Manage and develop containerized workloads using CIQ Singularity for scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HPC environments, focusing on orchestration, monitoring, and container management.
- Expertise in AWS DCV, AWS EnginFrame, Bright Cluster Manager, CIQ Fuzzball, and CIQ Singularity.
- Proficiency in implementing parallelization tools like MPI and OpenMP.
- Strong coding skills in Python, C++, or other relevant languages.
