Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes according to company procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Admin team.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
  • Handle basic inquiries from visitors, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain daily reports related to visitors, couriers, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and administrative databases.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming courier packages and mail.
  • Arrange outgoing courier services and maintain courier logs.
