Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes according to company procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the Admin team.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
- Handle basic inquiries from visitors, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain daily reports related to visitors, couriers, and administrative activities.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Maintain office records, documents, and administrative databases.
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming courier packages and mail.
- Arrange outgoing courier services and maintain courier logs.
