Scope:
- Seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with overall 10-15 years of experience managing US-based projects. The ideal candidate would have transitioned from a technical role into project or program management and have an extensive background in Server, Storage, Network, and Backup solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years working in Server, Storage, Network, and Backup hardware product OEM companies.
- Project Leadership: Must have led migration projects as the primary Project Manager, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Server, Storage, Network, and Backup solutions, with the ability to engage in detailed conversations with technical architects and team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for managing customer interactions, leadership discussions, and coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams.
